ADHD Coaching in Munich
You know your patterns. You've tried ten apps, read three books, and started one calendar after another. Still, the routine falls apart after three days. And that's ok. You're trying your best to navigate a neurotypical world that rewards hyperproductivity while you're brain is wired for so much more. In this coaching I support you in forging a path that allows you to better navigate this world while still staying true to your talents and needs.

Maybe you know the feeling of sinking into a topic for hours and then losing access to it for days afterward. Maybe you've learned to hide your impulsivity or restlessness because it felt out of place in meetings or relationships. Or your day feels directionless, so you try a new routine every week that falls apart after a few days. This adaptation costs energy, even when it's barely visible from the outside.
Another major theme is so-called bore-out, which is at least as common with ADHD as burnout. A task that offers too little stimulation can be just as exhausting as one that overwhelms you. On top of that comes a particular sensitivity to rejection, known as Rejection Sensitivity. An ordinary comment can feel like an attack, and the reaction to it gets dismissed as an overreaction.
What coaching changes
Structures that fit
Routines that follow your actual energy cycles instead of an idealized picture of productivity.
Actionable steps
Big goals broken down into steps you can act on right away, so task paralysis strikes less often.
More self-acceptance
A realistic picture of what your brain needs gradually replaces the belief that you just need to try harder.

Coaching doesn't replace an ADHD diagnosis or medication. It complements them and translates what you know about yourself into a life that actually works.
