More and more people are recognizing themselves as neurodivergent, whether with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, with high sensitivity, or giftedness. This recognition is often accompanied by a feeling of not quite belonging. Your own perception feels intense, and a sense of direction is missing, as if you are moving through a fog, unsure of which next step is the right one.
In this space, I offer you the opportunity to find a new sense of direction, to recognize your own strengths and let them become visible in a way that lights up the path ahead. Out of the fog and into a life with greater connection to yourself, your resources, and the people around you.

Neurodivergence means your brain processes the world differently from most people around you. This brings with it genuine strengths and genuine challenges alike. Here are some of the areas we can work on together.
Daily Life
No more routines that fall apart after three days. Together we discover your personal rhythm, one that actually gets you moving. We explore what motivates you and what you need to feel a natural flow in your daily life. From there, we develop individual methods that let you tap into your drive whenever you need it.
Identity
Viele neurodivergene Personen versuchen sich bewusst oder unbewusst an neurotypische Erwartungen anzupassen und verstecken dabei ihre eigene Persönlichkeit. Das kann auf Dauer erschöpfen und zu Selbstzweifel führen. Im Coaching findest du wieder die Freude an deinem selbst, so dass du dich stolz der Welt zeigen kannst.
Self-Regulation
Rigid black and white thinking or a particularly sensitive sensory system can lead to heightened emotions, meltdowns, or shutdowns. These reactions are often made worse by feelings of shame. Here you learn practical methods for self-regulation. At the same time, we strengthen your sense of self-acceptance.
Relationships
Rigid thinking, uncertainty around social norms, or rejection sensitivity can make relationships and communication with others more difficult, both verbal and nonverbal. Coaching helps you recognize and express your own needs, set boundaries, resolve conflicts, and explore alternative relationship models.
Executive Funktion
Procrastination, task paralysis, and demand avoidance are often not a sign of laziness but of being overwhelmed or understimulated. Together we look at how you can manage your energy more evenly, set boundaries with yourself and others, and find a balance between external demands and your own interests.
Career
Many people have heard of burnout, but far fewer know boreout, even though it can be just as draining. Find out what you need for balanced work, which structures and environments support that, whether and how you might choose to disclose your neurodivergence in the workplace, and what fulfilling work looks like for you.
Coaching that meets you where you are
Whether in person, online, or during a walk and talk, my coaching is flexible and shaped around what works for you.
Sessions can take place at my practice in Maxvorstadt, comfortably online, or on a walk along the Isar.
I also follow your lead when it comes to language. Coaching is available in both German and English, I speak both fluently as a native speaker.
About me
My name is Kaja Lodge (she/her), I built this space for neurodivergent and highly sensitive adults to feel freedom in who they are.
This is for people who think in spirals, feel everything deeply, have more ideas than they know what to do with, and who are ready to start working with the grain of who they actually are.
My work draws on systemic coaching, neuroscience, creativity, and embodiment. My aim is to make sessions feel exciting and comforting at the same time, like catching a fresh breeze on a hot day. We might arrive somewhere unexpected, we'll probably laugh, and by the end something that felt foggy usually feels a lot clearer.
I take your challenges seriously while holding the firm belief that change doesn't have to be a slog. It can be genuinely enjoyable, fun, and soulful.
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. You just need to show up. We'll take it from there.
